Tiffanie and Wesley | Louisville KY engagement photographer

So for the first time in years, I actually have plans on New Year’s Eve already! Instead of the usual sitting on the couch in my pj’s watching the ball drop (if I even stay up that late :)) , I’ll be in Bardstown photographing what I’m sure will be one pretty awesome wedding.  I was pretty excited after I met Tiffanie and her mom and we discussed all of the details.  I have to admit, I had never heard of getting married on New Year’s Eve, but the more I thought about,  I thought, why not??   What a better way to start the New Year, huh? So I headed to Bardstown (which is starting to feel like a second home I’m there so much lately! :)) to take their engagement photos.  We got some “pretty” pictures at My Old Kentucky Home and then stopped downtown to get some more “urban” pictures with the car.  Yes, the car.  :)  Just like the dog for some people, Wesley really wanted some with his car and they are actually some of favorites!  I think it’s great to incorporate that kind of thing in your pictures - it really gives them some added personality!  Such a cool couple - I’m looking forward to ringin in the New Year on their big day!
